I have not worried about my figure so much. But if I become over weight, I want to become thin. For that I'll play sports and do the meal limitation. I heard a rapid movement is bad for our health, so I'll do walking among. I think the best way to improve over weight
is not to eat too much and do simple movement. To continue these things may be difficult. However if they take care of them, over weight will be able to be prevented.
