Healthy Lifestyle

Hi Everyone,

This is an interesting blog that Hiroki has introduced.
It's worrying about obesity and we should all try and eat some healthy food in our diets. Also, we should try and exercise, even if its only walking to the supermarket.
I go the gym 3 times per week and try and eat some fruit and vegetables. I do find it hard to eat healthy food all the time, though!!
